Return Policy

At GoToHearing, we understand that choosing the right hearing aids is a significant decision. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our hearing aids. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days.

How It Works

• You'll receive a refund to your original form of payment, minus a $175 restocking fee.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery via FedEx or UPS insured shipping. This includes the original packaging and all accessories.
• The returned hearing aids must be in satisfactory condition so we can receive credit from the manufacturer.
• A copy of your original Bill of Sale must be included with your return.
• Refunds may take up to 3-6 weeks to fully process.
